Yoga is a great way to stretch tight muscles, build strength and relax. It doesn’t work only on your body, but on your mind as well.
With yoga you can improve your posture, work on your joint mobility, muscle strength, breathing and much more.
You can release stress and calm your mind.
I am currently offering group and private sessions. Online sessions will be available in the foreseeable future.
As a certified yoga and meditation teacher I can adjust the exercises to your abilities as well.

This is a 60 min long session, containing various yoga styles and meditation to improve your flexibility, balance, strenght and to bring your relaxation.

Fit Yoga – Farranfore Centre for smart ageing
Every Tuesday 7pm
Fit yoga is a combination of yoga, pilates and fitness, session takes 45-50 min and works on your strenght and endurance.

Combination of gentle yoga and body weight exercises, session takes 60 min, ideal for beginners, to build strenght, improve flexibility and balance.

Creative Yoga
Yoga combining different yoga styles like flow, hatha, vinyasa, yoga focusing on certain goals, improving balance, strenght, flexibility and much more
Fit Yoga
Yoga that includes pilates and fitness moves and Yoga Shred inspired exercises . It is working on your stability, strenght and endurance, with the benefits of lovely stretching and relaxation.
Chair Yoga
Yoga for regeneration and flexibility with the benefit of using chair as a support or even as an extra challenge. It is suitable for people with mobility or stability issues. I personally used it a lot after my knee surgeries.
Restorative Yoga
It is a passive yoga to help your heal and release stress. It focuses on relaxation of the whole body and mind, using props to limit tensions. Also connected with meditation.
Yoga Shred inspired exercises
Dynamic moves usually contecting two asanas, repeated for a certain time frame, like a hiit, focusing on safer alignment, with mindful breathing
Meditation
It can help you relax deeply and calm your mind. There are different meditation techniques. Including focusing, scanning, guided, breathing, walking, and other forms of meditations.
