The Spiral Stabilization is a set of exercises to help improve the musculoskeletal system and restore its function. The exercises are performed with an elastic cord that helps strengthening the muscle corset, enhances endurance, improves posture, and allows the intervertebral discs to regenerate more easily.

You can learn these exercises during private sessions currently held in Killarney and then use them home to improve your back, posture and much more. It is recommended to workout at least 15 min a day.

It is suitable for everyone including pregnant women, pre- and post- surgery, also used as conditional training for athletes. This method helps with disc regeneration and also with scolioses.
